Abstract:

Изменение климата – это реальность, и Индия проявляет активность в решении этой проблемы как на национальном уровне, так и вместе с мировым сообществом, несмотря на демографические сложности и задачи развития. Изучая технологические решения по сокращению углеродных выбросов в различных секторах, в ближайшее время Индия также пытается рационализировать свой энергетический баланс для обеспечения долгосрочной устойчивости, выбирая экологически чистые источники энергии. Для такого перехода Индия запланировала разумное сочетание разных источников энергии для достижения поставленной ею цели – достичь нулевых выбросов к 2070 году. При этом она реализует долгосрочную стратегию развития с низким потреблением углерода и стремится к 2030 году получать не менее 50 % электроэнергии из возобновляемых источников. В частности, государство активно поощряет проекты солнечной и ветровой энергетики, что привело к заметному увеличению производства возобновляемой энергии. Тем не менее ядерная энергетика остаётся экономически эффективным и стабильным альтернативным источником энергии, покрывающим базовую нагрузку, и её тоже необходимо развивать, чтобы облегчить плавный переход Индии к чистой энергетике с ограниченным потреблением углерода. В статье утверждается, что ядерная энергетика является реальным вариантом выполнения Индией своих обязательств по борьбе с изменением климата при сохранении высоких темпов экономического развития.
