The Fall 2014 issue of Connections is now available online in English. It presents ideas on the strengthening of the rapid reaction capability of the European Union and ways and means by which regional alliances may effectively confront hostile regional powers. It provides insight into the challenges and perspectives of the economic development of the Western Balkans and the peacefull, democratic transition of power in Georgia.

Members of the Editorial Board met in August 2012 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen to discuss priorities and strengthening the outreach to partner countries in Eastern Europe, Caucasus, and Central Asia. A decision was made to enlarge and reinvigorate the Editorial Board and invite new members from Austria, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, and Switzerland.

The Editorial Board of the Partnership for Peace Consortium met in Garmisch-Partenkirchen on 22 June 2011 to discuss editorial policy and effective outreach.

A panel at the at the 13th Annual Conference of the PfP Consortium in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, 23-24 June 2011, discuss security sector reform, with focus on the experience in South Eastern Europe.

Promoting security and stability in the South Caucasus and Central Asia was the topic of the 14th Annual Conference of the Partnership for Peace Consortium held in Tbilisi, June 19-20, 2012.
