Abstract:

В статье утверждается, что действия России по отношению к НАТО, Европе и Украине не являются рефлексией или эпизодом, но отражают последовательную долгосрочную стратегию, направленную на восстановление имперской мощи и перестройку международного порядка. В ней отмечено, что западные политики часто неверно интерпретируют действия России, что приводит к запоздалым или недостаточным ответным мерам. Опираясь на геополитический анализ, идеологические принципы и официальные доктрины России, в статье показано, что Кремль преследует конкретную политическую цель: восстановление доминирования на постсоветском пространстве, распространение влияния по всей Европе и продвижение многополярной системы, ограничивающей доминирование либерального Запада. Война России против Украины в этом проекте восстановления имперской мощи рассматривается как главный стратегический инструмент, а не самостоятельный конфликт. Анализ раскрывает системное использование военной силы, гибридной войны, энергетических рычагов, дипломатии и идеологических нарративов для достижения этих целей. Признание этой стратегической целостности важно для эффективного сдерживания и долгосрочного планирования безопасности Запада.
