Abstract:

В статье содержится оценка трёхсторонних отношений Турции, Азербайджана и Грузии и анализируется содержание их сотрудничества. Используя эвристический анализ, автор рассматривает роль трёхсторонних отношений во внешней политике каждой из трёх стран и их организационную «насыщенность», как механизм обеспечения безопасности, для оценки сотрудничества Турции, Азербайджана и Грузии. На основе анализа в статье сделан вывод о том, что трёхстороннее сотрудничество между Турцией, Азербайджаном и Грузией можно считать содержательным и согласованным. Однако общая фундаментальная причина такой согласованности не сразу ясна. Хотя решение вопроса о согласованности трёх стран выходит за рамки данного исследования, в выводе говорится, что сотрудничество Турции, Азербайджана и Грузии может быть следствием взаимодополняющих стратегических приоритетов и всё большей схожести режимов.
